2018 Drama Recap

I am well aware it's not 2018, but since we are still staying home so much in 2021, I wanted to share my fave dramas/tv shows from 2018. They're listed from my most to least fave of what I watched in 2018 (mainly Asian dramas)

  1. Story of Yanxi Palace - Historical Chinese drama about revenge with vibrant female leads
  2. Sky Castle - Modern day Korean drama with mesmerizing female leads and an unpredictable plot
  3. Nirvana in Fire 2 (琅琊榜之风起长林) - Technically a 2017 drama, but finished in 2018, so I'm adding it here, because it's an excellent Chinese historical drama about family and justice
  4. Fresh off the Boat Season 5 - Comedy involving a first generation Chinese family in Florida
  5. Black-ish Season 5 - Family sitcom of a Black family set in
    suburbs of Los Angeles
  6. What Is Wrong with Secretary Kim? - Korean romantic comedy starring Park Seo-Joon.

  9. American Housewife Season 3 - Family comedy narrated by matriarch of a middle-class family living among wealthy neighbors
  10. Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace - Same historic setting as Story of Yanxi Palace, but the costumes and props aren't as aesthetically pleasing

My Favourite Cereals

Here's my personal ranking of American/USA Cereals:

  1. Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds - crunchy, sweet, and great textures
  2. Honey Nut Cheerios - nostalgic, sweet, and crunchy
  3. Cheerios Cinnamon Oat Crunch Breakfast Cereal - sweet, crunchy and the cinnamon reminds me of fall and winter.
  4. Reese's Puffs - peanut butter and chocolate is one of my fave flavour combos!  For a cheaper version, mix Cap'n Crunch's Peanut Butter Crunch with Cocoa Puffs
  5. Lucky Charms - even better if it's limited edition unicorn marshmallows!
  6. Frosted Flakes - real sweet and crunchy! Mix with Corn Flakes for less sugar in your serving

I'm not loyal to any cereal brands, so I've also ate the generic/off-brand varieties and they're not awful!

I don't have a favorite milk, because I don't have food allergies or dietary restrictions. I usually buy skim milk, almond, soy, or oat depending on my mood or what's on sale!

BTW, I dislike fake fruit flavoring in my foods, and my cereal preferences reflect this disdain.

TTYL!

Updated: Nighttime Skincare Routine

Wowzas, it's been too long y'all!!  Pray you and your fam are healthy and safe against COVID19.

I turned 30 during this pandemic, so it's been a weird month! I was asked about my skincare on Instagram, so thought I'd post an update here as well, in case more people ask or are interested.

I currently do my skincare routine every night after I shower or before I go to bed (I'm under a stay-at-home order, so I don't shower everyday, haha!) BTW, I have combination/normal skin, and have not experienced an allergic reaction from any of the products mentioned.

*DISCLAIMER: I am merely a skincare hobbyist and not a certified professional.

So here's an update on my current skincare products:
