On really hot Sundays, the issue arises of how much, or how little, I can get away with wearing to church. For me, it's not as much tradition as I think it is appropriateness. 

Say, going to a black-tie affair, you're not going to show up in jeans and a bikini right?

.. right?

I'm all for breaking free (Zac Efron, High School Musical style of course), but there's a time and place for everything. Or maybe this discussion shall never end. In that case.. 'to each his own'

.. and I can already sense a climb in the weather temperatures. I love the movie-like mornings when I can open my blinds, feel the sunshine, and proclaim what a beautiful day it is!

Then promptly realize that sleeves do not work well with humidity.

After my reality check, I reckoned looking cute beat out the heat. And in the end, all worked out seeing as how 'Merica keeps all indoors nice and AC-blasted!

and the weather has lessened! Praise the Lord!

After the massive heat wave aka last week, it's now breezy, not so humid, and still sunny. 

Weather, let me embrace you.

Feeling quite girly with this new circle, slightly pleated skirt. Woe it does not have pockets, but it's still cute and gets me closer to this! Since I ended up running errands after work, boots and a utility jacket were all I needed.
