Motivational Monday

It's baaaaaack! Even though I cannot go running 'til my heels heal, I have been trying out ab moves, yoga, and Just Dance 3 to keep in shape! 
Err, some sort of shape at least ;)

I'd like to point out that even though some pictures and captions are geared towards exercise, motivation to do anything comes from everything.
